Pizza is almost everyone’s go-to comfort food. With endless options of topping combinations, making good pizza is not difficult. But how do you make the best Pizza Ever?

I was recently catering a series of 5 lunches. On the fourth day, I served a few of my family’s favorite pizzas. As I was cleaning up the dining room, I had a number of guests comment on how much they enjoyed the pizza. One guest went out of his way to tell me that it was one of the best pizzas he has ever had! I was a little surprised so I asked how often he eats Pizza. He said it was one of his favorite foods.

I was super encouraged that my family’s classic recipe was one of the best pizza he has ever had. I’m excited to share my Pizza making recipes and techniques with you for our next Theo’s Feast Academy class.
