I was recently catering a series of 5 lunches. On the fourth day, I served a few of my family’s favorite pizzas. As I was cleaning up the dining room, I had a number of guests comment on how much they enjoyed the pizza. One guest went out of his way to tell me that it was one of the best pizzas he has ever had! I was a little surprised so I asked how often he eats Pizza. He said it was one of his favorite foods.
