About the event
Top restaurants have been cooking Sous Vide for years. Sous Vide is french for “under vacuum” which refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature for a set time in a controlled water bath. This allows you to cook your food to perfection with little risk in over cooking. It very simple and safe and my preferred way to cook a growing number of dishes.
In this class I will teach you everything you need to know about how to be a master at Sous Vide in your own home.
