Dear friends and ministry partners,
As 2025 comes to a close, I’m writing to share something I’ve poured my heart and soul into—and to invite you into the growing vision of what Jesus is unfolding next.
Over the past few years, I’ve welcomed more than 3,000 guests to my table—students, skeptics, seekers, neighbors, friends—each one encountering the gospel through meals designed to awaken wonder. I’ve created over 100 original edible metaphors: dishes that don’t just tell the story of Jesus but let you taste it. In those moments, I’ve seen hardened hearts soften, curiosity spark, and conversations open in ways only genuine hospitality and the Holy Spirit can.
And now, after years of prayer, creativity, and hard work, The Gospel According to Food, Setting the Table for Spiritual Conversations is finally complete—a cookbook and spiritual tool that brings together everything I’ve learned about using the dining room table as a place of revelation.
The book is finished. The manuscript is ready. Now we need to bring it to life.

You can preview the book here: https://p2cstore.ca/the-gospel-according-to-food/
Theo’s Feast began as a whisper from the Holy Spirit—a picture of tables becoming sanctuaries, and ordinary meals becoming windows into the Kingdom. In a world longing for belonging, the table remains one of the most powerful places of transformation. When people slow down, share food, and feel seen, their hearts open. Grace finds room to enter.
The Gospel According to Food is designed to multiply this kind of kingdom imagination.
Every recipe is crafted not just to feed the body, but to reveal something of God’s character—His creativity, His generosity, His pursuit of us. My hope is that these meals will spread into countless homes, campuses, churches, and communities, becoming sparks of conversation, connection, and quiet encounters.
How you can help bring the vision to life
We're seeking to raise $15,000 to cover the costs of printing the first edition and launch Theo's Feast into its next chapter. Every tax-deductible gift—whether $25, $100, or $1,000—brings us closer to getting this resource into the hands of people excited to use it.
When you give, you’re not only funding a book.
You’re igniting a movement—Christians equipped to share extraordinary hope through hospitality, beauty, and Spirit-led creativity.
